Help! I get this message 'This site cannot be accessed. Disconnect Site'

    I have reigstered a new site about a month ago maybe less and as I was on the site editing it, it stopped responding and loaded to a blank sreen saying, “Not Found

    The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    Now I cant get to my site at all and when I log onto the wordpress.com to edit it says “This site cannot be accessed.
    Disconnect Site” and a popup comes up and says, “There was an error retrieving your site settings.
    Make sure your Jetpack is up to date” but I cant touch anything, nothing is responding anywhere! HELP!
