Help I goofed up my blog and can’t start a new useername

How can I get a new user name or a new lblog
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site linked to your username isn’t a wordpress.com blog. If you have a WP.com blog, please give us the URL, starting with http.

Log out, re-register using a different email address. You can have as many user-name’s as you’d like, as long as each one uses a different email address. You can also have as many blogs as you’d like attached to each user-name.
