Help! I have been charged by WordPress after cancelling

I set up a premium account. I cancelled the account shortly after for which I have confirmation but WordPress have charged me even though they cancelled the domain? Has anyone else had this problem?

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. I’m sorry for the confusion. Your purchase was cancelled and fully refunded after you cancelled it, but it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement. Your bank or credit card company can provide more details about when that refund will appear on your statement.
