HELP!!! I know I signed up and bough premium, but now I can't sign in

  Hi,
  I am having trouble with my wordpress site, and it might just be a lack of understanding on my part… so I paid for premium and registered a domain back in the middle of August, and I wrote my username and password in the back of my business planner – but now when I try to sign in, it is saying no site is associated with those credentials. When I registered and purchased those things, I thought that WAS signing up for a site. Is signing up something separate? Because it just keeps asking me to pick domains again, and I don’t want to pay for premium a second time.

  This is also relevant to my interests.

  I paid for Premium not half an hour ago and I keep being told to “Upgrade” to Premium.

  Sort this out before I take my business elsewhere.

  Gemma – I got in!!! thank you! now is there a way to delete the accidental account that i created when i couldn’t get in to my original one?

  Sure, your annieminicuciphoto account can be deactivated if it’s not needed. As you have more than one WordPress.com account, I recommend doing the following:

  1. Open a private or incognito browser tab
  2. Login with your annieminicuciphoto details
  3. Go to the My Profile page and check

  annieminicuciphoto is displayed under the profile photo on the left

  Browsers don’t always handle switching between multiple accounts that well but this will help make sure you are logged into the correct one.

  You can then follow these steps to deactivate the account:
