Help! I need to hide Related Posts in my blog

  Hello, Please help. I need to remove ‘Related Posts’ in my blog posts. I followed the instructions and went to Settings > Reading > Related posts, but there is no option to disable or hide related posts. There are only options for what to show, but not any options to remove it. I want to remove it because I have a theme that already shows additional blogs to view. My blog launches in 2 days, please help me hide them.
