[Help] i need to know how to edit my WordPress template plz!

hi , i have WYSWYG weeb builder and EASYWEB professional …
both of them supports php./html5,html,java … almost anything
i want to know how to make a theme on my computer and upload them to my website or how to edit them online ??
it has to be for free coz i have no money :(

The website you linked to is hosted on WordPress.com and we can’t upload themes here, instead there is a choice of about 300 themes set up to work seamlessly with the free platform (lots of which are free to use).
If you find a theme you like then you can change the styling with the custom design upgrade if you know how, but it doesn’t let you make functional changes (CSS only, no HTML, javascript or PHP).

i am sorryy , i have a couple of other website beside this one .
can edit or make a new theme with those programs i have mentioned before ( WYSWYG web builder and EASYWEB professional ) with them ??* to make a theme on my computer then upload it to my website or how to edit them online*
———– the reason for that is that i am not a coder so .
i have to use any of those web builder to finish my simple website.(( the only reason why i use wordpress is because i have checked online and there is a lot of tutorials on how to protect ur website using WP ))
but actuly something like wix.com would have saved me all the truble to finish desgining the website … if only i know how to protect my website in that cms ( html5)
