No, not at all. I don’t understand why this is so difficult? Can you do this for me!
Help I am going to jump…. lol
-
Sure. First, you’ll need to do this transfer from the account of the owner of the domain upgrade. This is not your account (frontviewblog). Once you’re logged into the correct account, post here requesting the transfer.
In order to transfer the upgrade to frontviewblog.wordpress.com, I’ll also need to transfer ownership of the upgrade.
-
Actually they are all mine. I just registered Frontview.Org with you guys so the url is mine. Both frontview.wordpress.com and frontviewblog.wordpress.com are mine.
I made the mistake of using frontview.wordpress.com to host the new url frontview.org, opps my bad.
I should of used frontviewblog.wordpress to host the new frontview.org.
Since I log into all these account everyday, can you please switch frontview.org from frontview.wordpress.com and transfer it over to frontviewblog.wordpress.com!!!
I want to leave frontview.wordpress.com alone, not attached to anything. I registered frontviewblog.wordpress.com just for the reason to host my new url. frontview.org!
So you have my full permission to do this!
Thanks

I totally understand. It’s our policy to not make any changes to an account without the request coming from the account owner, so I need the request to move the domain to come from the account that owns the domain (not frontviewblog).
If you’ll just follow up here from your other account confirming that you’d like to transfer the domain to the site frontviewblog.wordpress.com and the user frontviewblog, I can go ahead and do that for you. :)

Well, with out this getting complicated. I am signed into frontviewblog.wordpress.com right now making this reply to you. So that proves I am the owner!
Now I need to sign out and sign into my different account frontview.wordpress.com. Ok
-
Ok, so now I am signed into frontview.wordpress.com making this reply! So that proves I am the owner of both sites!
Can you please transfer (frontview.org) from frontview.wordpress.com over to my new one frontviewblog.wordpress.com!
Thanks!
-
Perfect! Thank you for doing that. I’ve transferred the domain to frontviewblog.wordpress.com. You can see it in your upgrades here:
https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
You may need to set it as your primary domain for the site here:
https://wordpress.com/my-domains
Let me know if I can help with anything else!

Well thats wasn’t to bad at all, although I already signed in with both accounts on this thread previously. Its worth triple checking for what ever careful reason.
Just a question, there was another staffer on wordpress earlier who was helping me out but vanished! If I have any other question about wordpress, how can I directly contact you?
I appreciate your help…

I see from your other thread you were chatting with Paul. Our threads automatically close after ~40 days of inactivity. You can always reach us through the contact form here:
Or by posting here in the forums and adding the tag “modlook”

Ya Paul,
I was chatting with him, then the thread closed and I couldn’t reach him after because I don’t have any contact information from you guys! I clicked on his wordpress profile, even left two messages on his personal website, but nothing. Really frustrating! Might want to look into that, people can’t get a hold of you if no direct contact info. Have to keep posting on the forum then, thanks for getting a hold of me! lol
Anyways, I am happy this is finally done. Thanks

We generally don’t respond to support requests submitted through our personal sites. The best way to get support is through one of our official support channels.
If you prefer email support over forums support, you can always email us at help@wordpress.com. :)
