  WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support. You had the same problem 4 years ago but you never followed up.

  The site you mention is connected to another account of yours. Log out from current sandykress10 and log in again as sandykress.

  Thank you for reminding me of the way in. I have not had a need to re-enter in those four years. Someone, as I recall it, did get to me by phone or chat back then. Thus, I didn’t reply in the Forum. I won’t forget again. Many thanks, again.
