HELP! I need .wordpress out of my domain name!

Hi there,
I recently couldn’t afford the domain payment – financial issues, coronavirus, etc. etc. Now the issue remains that ever since renewing the domain and paying for my Premium Plan again, I can’t get it back to just robinsonsrecords.com rather than robinsonsrecords.wordpress.com! Is there anything I can do or has that £21 in total just gone down the pan? I’m so confused aaaa !!!

Did you renew the domain here or buy it elsewhere? £21 doesn’t sound right for a Premium plan. Did you just pay for the domain rather than an annual plan? robinsonsrecords.com works but redirects to the .wordpress.com address. If you purchased a Premium plan (or even a Personal plan) you can make your custom domain the primary domain.

I mean that I renewed the plan yearly for the domain and then paid for premium also, so accumulatively it was £21. I’m still a bit confused with the link – how do I make that custom domain the primary domain? It was bought through wordpress hence my confusion.

A Premium plan is £84 per year or £13 per month hence MY confusion. This thread is tagged to ask a member of staff to look at what you purchased.
To choose your site’s primary domain, go to Upgrades → Domains. You’ll see which domain is currently labeled as primary: To change the primary domain, click the ellipses (three dots) next to the domain you want to make primary, and click Make primary domain.

Ok I see the confusion here.
It looks like there were two monthly plans that have been purchased and cancelled.
To clear this up, I’ve refunded two unnecessary payments, which can be seen here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Please also see and review upcoming charges above. You now only have one monthly premium plan running.
With regards to the domain, it looks like this needed to be set as a primary domain – I’ve just set this for you, so your site should show under: robinsonsrecords.com
