  Help! I paid for a subscription and started to build a site but it has taken me a while to get back to the laptop and now, one month later, it seems my work has disappeared, as has my subscription. My domain name is locked and I do not seem to be able to access it any more.

  What is the address of the site? Is it hosted here at WordPress.com?
