HELP! I Requested a refund on 4 upgrades and only received 2 refunds!

  I requested all the refunds literally hours after the purchase… also, only 1 of the refunds is actually showing up in my Paypal account. I need help.

  I can confirm everything is refunded. Note that it might take up to a week before it appears on your statement.
