# Help — I seem to have lost ALL my content– iLoveSkippack.com

    Hi. I maintained a website for my community for several years called ‘I Love Skippack’ — iLoveSkippack.com. In the past couple of years some events in my life made it difficult to maintain so I stopped working on it. However, I maintained a hosting plan.

    I received an email from WordPress saying ‘your WordPress.com Personal subscription for iloveskippack.com expired! Renew now to keep your plan features’

    I didn’t renew the plan, because I thought the content would remain in WordPress even if I didn’t renew, and just utilized the free service. It even says in the email they sent me ‘that all your content will remain safe and secure.’

    However, when I go to the WordPress site, the content seems to have disappeared. Nothing shows up in the dashboard. None of my content seems to be available for editing.

    Is there a way to restore my content? Of course, I am willing to pay the renewal cost if my content can be restored.

    I received the following email from (email visible only to moderators and staff), saying that I need to renew my domain (iLoveSkippack.com). However when I go to my domain dashboard on WordPress, iLoveSkippack.com does not appear and I can’t see how to renew it. How do I go about renewing this domain?

    Below is the text of the email I received from (email visible only to moderators and staff):

    Hello,

    We wanted to send you a friendly reminder that your domain will expire in 30 days. We suggest renewing it now, to make absolutely sure there’s no disruption to your service.

    If your WordPress.com subscription is set to automatically renew, we will attempt to renew your domain name before expiration. If we are unable to do so, or you do not have your WordPress.com subscription set to automatically renew, you will have to manually renew the domain name to prevent any service disruption.

    Domain name due for renewal:

    iloveskippack.com – expires on 2020-04-07

    Please ensure your domain is renewed during the next 30 days. If your domain is not renewed on time, sites and emails that use it will stop working – which we’d hate to see!.

    To renew, go to your domains dashboard on WordPress.com.

    Hi Michael, I’ve merged your two threads since they seem related to the same problem. The site is still live with content, you just can’t access its dashboard right now because you’re logged into the wrong account.

    Can you log out, then log back in using the email address that received the renewal notice? That’s the correct one to use. Then you can renew here:
