Help! I want to cancel my free trial, delete my site and my website.

  Hello,

  I want to cancel my free trial, delete my site and my website. I have followed the steps here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ But the “delete my site permanently” on “site tools”. Please help me, I don’t want to be charged for nothing!

  I want to cancel my free trial

  There are no trials for paid WordPress.com plans. If you are on the free WordPress.com plan, it means that you are not being charged a penny for your site.

  Deleting a WordPress.com site

  Visit this page and click on the “Delete your site permanently” button at the bottom. Follow the on-screen instructions to delete your WordPress.com site.

  If you are unsure about a step anywhere, you can refer this page for help.

  Deleting a WordPress.com account

  WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted permanently once created.

  Note that because WordPress.com doesn’t want other people to have your username in the future, it is not possible to delete a WordPress.com username.

  But if you still wish to deactivate your account and leave WordPress, you can follow the instructions given here.

  @mygova it looks like you had a Jetpack trial, which has been cancelled. Your hosting is elsewhere, so you’ll need to get in touch there to cancel that & delete your site. Cheers!
