Help – I want to close or make my site private

  I set up a blog 10 years ago and have not used it since then. I would like to delete it but cannot remember my password and no longer have the email address I set it up with. . I have read that I can make it private as it contains personal information. I can’t get a password reset as I dont have any set up information from 10 years ago. I can prove that it is my site with ID as it contains my personal information. How do I make this private or delete it? I do not want my personal information on the site.
