HELP! I want to transfer just one post, from Site A to Site B and redirect

I have two wordpress blog sites. On blog site A, I have three posts. I want to leave post 1 & 2 on blog site A, but I’d like to transfer post 3 to blog site B, as well as redirect anyone clicking on the old link to post 3 – to it’s new location in blog site B.
I also want to transfer all the comments from post 3 to site B.
Is this possible? How much would it cost? How do I do it? Is there any chance of talking to an actual human?!

For as single post I would copy and paste rather than using the export and import functions.

I did have a read of the link about redirection and didn’t understand it, it didn’t answer my queries in full, but thanks anyway.
And my comment saying ‘Is there any chance of talking to an actual human?!’ refers to the complexity of typing messages and people misunderstanding them, or missing detail, whereas when you talk to someone, on the telephone, you can quickly and efficiently resolves complex queries, in detail – as opposed to suggesting a derogatory insult about anyone ‘typing’ being alien. Although, even if I were – I’d take that as a compliment. Not being human isn’t necessarily a bad thing!

I assumed this was a forum to talk to WordPress staff – I guess not?! :/
This is a peer support forum and as I have answered questions here for 10 years. I predate all but 1 Support Staff member being on Staff and I predate the support docs. I hope you don’t assume that only Staff have correct answers because that would not be true. I also hope you don’t assume that using an email to Staff or the live chat function will produce answers any faster than posting here to the peer support forum does either because that’s also not the case.
