HELP! If contact support how do they respond?

Hi Forum,
I have had my blog dissabled!! I think due to paypal payment not going through for an extra domain I purchased. I have this message:
“Warning: One or more PayPal transactions linked to this blog were refunded. This may have happened because of a mistaken chargeback by the credit card holder or a PayPal investigation. Please click here to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue and re-enable posting”When I ‘click here’ it takes me to a ‘contact support page’ which I have submitted twice. Only, how are they going to respond and re-enable posting on my blog. I am ready and trying to pay the $14 but how do I?

Staff will respond by email. The email address you used to sign up for wp.com
Volunteers can’t say how long it will be before a response. Check your spam folder, too. -
arrrghhhhhh!!!! I have responded and responded to support (in all sorts of ways) and had no responce. I have noticed the payment failed when converting the currency. I don’t know why, but am desperate to pay them and have my blog re-enabled.
I am also quite angry that my (free) wordpress hosted blog has been dissabled due to a failed payment for an extra domain – they shouldnt be linked?
I have now lost most of my traffic as have not been able to post for nearly a week.
This is truely poor and obivously confirms I won’t every try to ‘pay’ wordpress again.
HELP WHY WONT THEY ANSWER!!!!!!!

I have found their response and since paid them. its now been 24hrs since paying and my blog is still dissabled, I cannot believe how angry i am. I have lost my visitors all because i tried to buy a $14 domain!
WARNING TO ANYONE WHO HAS A FREE BLOG AND PLANS TO SPEND ANY MONEY WITH WORDPRESS…………ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU LOOSE YOUR BLOG!!

Are you still having issues with the blog ? When I clicked on your username I was taken to your blog with the mapped domain.

yeh the domain I purchased works fine. They have dissabled posting and are being incredibly slack and re-enabling it. The payment they needed is fully complete via paypal. I drive visitors to my blog using an art forum and twitter. I need to post in those places but have no reason to if I can’t post on my blog.

Just to give you a heads up that it some times takes longer for staff to respond for many reasons for example they might be trying to narrow down the problem and fix it or trying to narrow down the problem to provide you more detail. another example could be as simple as support is slammed and backed up right now which does delay their response.

Only 1 person deals with Paypal and has the necessary access to verify payments. When this has been verified which should be an hour or so we will be in touch.
It was the reversing of the payment after the purchase which caused this. -
Or staff doesnt respond at all. I send my ticket a week ago, nada. I guess when it comes to questions about quality images and compression it gets thrown into the rubbish bin.
