Help- I'm a newbie

My new site is p31solutions.com. All I want to do is have the home page show the newest posts I’s adding under my 3 different pages. I’ve tried a bunch of setting adjustments. Is it a problem that I’m adding my posts from the page vs. just under ‘posts- add new?’ I want to build the posts under the different pages. CAn I do that and still show on home page? Does that make since? TIA

What you want to do is create Categories for each page where you want your posts to display.
The trouble is you can’t have multiple posts pages, but you can create the illusion of multiple posts pages by creating categories and adding them to your main menu. You’ll need to categorize each post according to the “page” (category) it goes with. That way when you click on the category link in the menu it will show you a “page” with all of the posts that have been labeled under that category.
By the way, since you are using the WordPress software the support forums and documentation at wordpress.org are more relevant to you. If you’re unsure of the difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org this page explains: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

@jubins16 thank you SO much! That was a huge help! Could someone possibly offer some guidance on a couple of other little issues. Again, site is p31solutions.com
1) How can I remove a couple of the social media icons I don’t use and how can I add my URL’s for the ones I do use?
2) On my pages, how can I edit the text by my gavatar pic where it currently says, “Here’s where you can add a welcome message or something about yourself to share with your readers.”
