Help… Im new to this Web pages within site and need help with junk appearing.

Hi All, I’m new to this website stuff, no idea what I’m really doing but built a site for myself and designed more for mobile. Issue I have is I have all this random junk on pages and I can’t see on the editor how to remove them, they don’t appear bar on the live site? Any ideas? Images also duplicated on every page.
Also hhow do I add a back button?
