Help in hosting

    I want to transfer hosting from wordpress.com for my site http://www.simplydecoded.com ,,, for that the hosting service provider is saying
    Log into your domain registrar (where you bought it).
    Update your DNS (A record) to point to your hosting account. with a IP
    how to do that,,, I already have updated the nameservers,,, now what to do
