Help in managing Google Workspace Business Starter plan

    We would like to add email addresses to our Google Workspace, but:

    • If we go through the Google Admin console, we are instructed to ‘contact the reseller.’
    • If we try to go through WordPress, where we actually bought the Workspace service, we can’t find what we need: within the purchases, there’s only the option to delete the subscription, and following this guide (https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/adding-g-suite-to-your-site/) didn’t solve the problem: if I go to upgrade > Domains, there is no domain to check, and as a result, I can’t associate new email addresses.

    I recently took over the management of this account, and the only additional information I can provide (not having any idea of when purchases were made or how) is that the service offered is ’email accounts and productivity tools for nomedominio.it for nomedominio.wordpress.org.’

    How is it possible to manage Google Workspace under these conditions?

    Hello there,

    The problem with adding more inboxes is that the domain notjustwine.it is no longer connected to the site to which the Google Workspace subscription is linked. I see https://www.register.it/ as the host for the site.

    If you would like to move the hosting back to WordPress.com, that can be done with a Business Plan, as it would enable you to migrate a complete copy of the site here.

    Move to WordPress.com:
    https://wordpress.com/support/import-using-move-to-wordpress-com/

    You could then point the domain back to WordPress.com:
    https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

    Alternatively, you can cancel the Google Workspace subscription here if you prefer to keep the hosting as is. Google will then email you to continue the subscription within 30 days.
