help in wordpress features

  Hi friends…

  I am newbee in wordpress and i wanna to create a blog with some facilities like
  1.blog with multi user (to add multi user i wanna to add registration field and allow user to register themselves. when they active then they can login and can do post blog and comments. when user is loged in i wanna to give hime a page link to see his profile with avatar and other fields)
  2.disscussion
  2.registered user can vote if they like post, comment, answer….by voting user will get points and basis on these number i want to upgrade the user level
  3.news room
  4.gallery

  can anyone give me any idea about plugins that i can use for these features.

  any tutorial link or anythink through that i can learn about these thinks and implement in my blog.

  Sounds to me like you want to set up a self-hosted blog using the WordPress.ORG software. http://wordpress.org/

  See the codex at wordpress.org (and wordpress MU might be the way you’d like to go for multi users.)
