Help Indexing on Bing and Other Search Engines

    Hey folks,

    So, this problem has got me stumped. Hopefully, some awesome soul out there will have a few ideas.

    Basically, I’m trying to get my site indexed by Bing (and any other search engines) but I’m having no luck.

    It’s verified with Google and was supposed to be indexed automatically because of this, but it never has been. So I signed up for the Bing webtools, submitted a sitemap (my site actually has two, for some reason) and Bing accepted one of them. That was back in November or December.

    Bing shows that crawl requests are being sent, and also shows a lot of crawl errors. URL inspection shows pages have been detected but displays, “The inspected URL is known to Bing but has some issues which are preventing indexation. We recommend you follow Bing Webmaster Guidelines to increase your chances of indexation.”

    As far as I can tell, I do meet all the criteria, though obviously the vaguer ones about quality and such I have way of knowing what their definitions are.

    Stuff like the site explorer shows no data whatsoever.

    As far as I can see, my site doesn’t show up in Bing at all, although funnily my very, very old blog/site does from a decade or so ago. :P

    So if anyone has any idea of where I should be looking to fix the issues, do let me know. I’ve been trying for months now, and had no luck, especially as the Bing tools aren’t giving me any indications of what I need to fix.

    I have heard it can take Bing months and months to actually get a site indexed and live.

    I checked your site and couldn’t find anything wrong with its SEO settings. Everything is configured correctly.

    It’s known that it can take search engines several weeks and even months to index a site and start including it in their search results.
