Help Installing theme

  I have upgraded to the business plan so that I can install a theme, but the box to click or drag files to is still grayed out and not accessible. Can someone help with this?

  Hi @protectedbyapex – would you mind please sharing a screenshot of what you’re seeing? You should be able to select the “Browse” button to choose your theme zip file before clicking the “Install now” button here:

  Also could you please let me know what browser and version you’re using, and whether this happens in multiple browsers? Thanks!
