Help intalling wordpress

  Hi i have just signed up to a domain and i was wondering how to put it on wordpress. I have tried everything. If anyone can help me please P.M me and i will give you details of the website so you can install wordpress. Oh and whoever helps me i will give them two guides which i have recently purchased for free ultimate cpalead and 10 000+ tv shows for wordpress. My website is http://freetvshows.byethost17.com.
