Help integrating Activecampaign form features

I’ve had this problem integrating activeCampaign form features with wordpress. ActiveCampaign support suggested I ask here.
I have a new form working here you can check out:
It is formatted pretty much the same as forms I created on other non-wordpress sites. But on this form, and my other wordpress sites, there is a special data field for “%referring_page%” When I run this code through wordpress, data is never populated.
I’ve got an ActiveCampaign automation that should be filtering this and all of our incoming forms for spam and other things.
One of the things this form does is set the “referring page” to show up in in the header. This is what is not working on WordPress.I just went through the code again. It seems like it should work.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
