Help Integrating Blog into Website

So I have a website. I like the way it looks. I have a css style I like. And I want to throw a blog onto one of the pages and have that page look exactly the same as the other pages. This is probably a common desire, but it is seeming almost impossible to someone with very much html and css experience and almost no php experience. I’ve looked at sites devoted to doing such a thing and they haven’t helped at all. Is there anyone willing to help me step by step to figure out what I need to do? If not, answer a multitude of questions about this topic?
This is what I understand so far, there is the index.php that references all the other .php (header, maincontent, sidebar, and footer) pages to create the blog. My website is built out of divs, is there any way I can just copy the codes that reference the parts into an already existing page into the div layers?

Well, it’s not actually a WordPress.com question; it’s a question about external web design options. I know some people use iFrames, but it looks hideous.
It is NOT possible to make a WordPress.com blog look exactly like an external site unless you are completely expert with CSS and have the paid upgrade, by the way. If you are and you do, use Sandbox and you can do nearly anything.
