  I chose the iTheme for my blog. Pictured, it has a nice little row of pictures, horizontally across the top of the screen. This is why I chose this theme! I loved the accessibility.

  Since I am a beginner at this site, I looked up how to activate that picture sticky note bar.
  I came across this:

  “All you have to do to activate is have a sticky post with a featured image. Once you have one, the featured post area will appear. If you have more than 5, navigation arrows will appear on the left and right. Your visitors can then click through to see all the posts you’ve featured.”

  Well, I posted a sticky post with a featured image, and it is still not showing up.
  Obviously its a glitch or something, but will someone PLEASE contact me, as there is no way to actually email wordpress.com???

  I don’t know how you have so many hugs bragging about the tech experience here when I can’t seem to do anything but post a forum when I need help.
