Help – I've done it all wrong

  I’ve never used wordpress before and I think i’ve gone about it the wrong way.
  I need to scrap everything I have done so far but keep the url.
  I also have a URL that we own and need to bring it in to this site.
  I have no idea what I am doing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
