Help I’ve lost my Menu and don’t know how to get it back

I’ve gone to the ‘Menu’ setting in ‘Appearances’ and ‘Manage locations’, but the menu I’ve created isn’t appearing in either the Primary menu or Top Header menu. Even though both of those have been selected in the ‘Edit Menu’ section. Help!
