Help! Jetpack (or possibly a theme change?) has borked my site

Help!
I have lost access to my site. I logged in today to do a few minor aesthetic changes and also added Jetpack to attempt to backup my site before I broke it. However, I now can’t log into wp-admin and get the following error code when I try and load our home page:Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/28/11696728/html/wp-content/themes/customizr/core/class-fire-resources_scripts.php on line 505
I can’t get into the admin to change back the settings or uninstall the plug in and just get the menu bar at the top with a plain white screen below.
Help please! I’m not a web designed – just admin staff!
Thank you so much anyone who can help me!
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Hi there,
I checked your site and although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/These forums are for WordPress.com-hosted sites only. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue. I would also reach out to your site host for help. looks like the site is hosted with Go Daddy
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:
Thanks!
