Help! Keep getting: Fatal error: Class ‘WP_REST_Controller’ not found

I’m updating my company’s website, and when I installed a plug-in suddenly this error came up: Fatal error: Class ‘WP_REST_Controller’ not found in /home4/franchis/public_html/wp-content/plugins/advanced-backgrounds/classes/class-rest.php on line 15
It won’t let me login to correct the error, and it shows this whenever you try to go to the page. If anybody can help me fix this quickly, I would be so grateful! -
