HELP! Large image upload keeps blurry

I’ve tried uploading all of my images in original large size, but WordPress keeps resizing it.
I know because when I click “Open image in new tab” the URL shows as “…..com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/IMG_.jpg?resize=….”.
It means the file is uploaded in original size but my website showing the resized version.I’ve searched and tried all I can from disabling lazy load, setting the Image size to “0”, changing to a different theme, uploading in a smaller size that fits the theme, and installing plugins, etc…
but nothing actually works!Also, I cannot find “Theme Editor” or “function.php” in my Dashboard.
Please help!!

Hi, my site tagline was showing properly but suddenly it just disappeared.
I have enabled the “Display Site Title and Tagline”.Before, I had a problem with changing my logo image. Every time I tried to change the logo and save it, it keeps returning to the old image. I have tried clearing cache and used another PC but still the same.
That happened for several days but one day it just suddenly worked. :/The problem starts here, when my logo image was changed properly, at the same time my tagline disappeared.
Is this some kind of glitch??
