Help!! Let me plug in InstaBuilder 2.0 to my WordPress site!!

  I’m a 71 year old retired County Engineer, Surveyor and Planning Officer living in the UK with Autism Spectrum Disorder / Asperger’s Syndrome and teach Suicide Avoidance and Prevention to fellow sufferers via the Internet, and have a captive internet audience of about 1 billion readers, viewers and listeners, and am a 7 times amazon bestseller, write on The Huffington Post and appear in audio and video on CNNiReport, so I’ve built huge business potential. Anyway, I’ve been trying for months to put the Suicide Avoidance and Prevention course on ClickBank with the aid of ClickBank University using the ClickBank Builder to earn extra income to my State and Occupational Pensions, as I do everything pro bono at the moment and it’s sucking me dry, financially, but to no avail, so I have just cancelled my quarterly subscription to ClickBank Builder as it’s costing me a fortune but giving me nothing in return, and bought a InstaBuilder 2.0 instead, as its blurb says it’s compatible with WordPress BlogSites such as mine. However, the user manual says I have to add it manually via a Plug In menu in my WordPress ‘admin area’, but my WordPress ‘admin area’ does not have a Plugins section like the one shown in the InstaBuilder 2.0 user manual. How do I get my ‘admin area’ to display a Plugins section?
