help locked out my wordpress

  cant log in to my wordpress site to edit my site with tags
  email has always been the same i changes admin to me because the web designer was no longer working on my site for 4 yrs i got a email from word press this is what it said someone with administrator capabilities requested to have the admin email adress changed on this site date was oct 2 2022

  i might have forgot to click the LINK never check my email, but i have this email
  now when i click my website/login the wordpress log in says
  @ is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead. email address always the same. please if there is a wordpress support page where i can forward the email i have from them about the admin change thank you all sorry for long msg
