help logging into my wordpress account

    hello! I’m the owner of pavlinaosta.com and need to edit my website. I don’t have the right login and had multiple people edit it for me in the past so I’m not sure if the login is under one of their emails. Could you please help me with this

    Hi there:

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    It looks like the site is hosted with GoDaddy. If you have access to the hosting account, you can contact GoDaddy support for help. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
