Help logging into wordpress

  Hey, I had a recent upgrade from my old phone to a new one and now when I try to log into my other blog I am not able to because I had the two step verification activated. Now I’m locked out of my blog. I have tried everything. Please mail me a one time code so I can access my blog. I even sent a request for this via the account recovery form with no reply.
