  Hello!
  I run a blog with my high school students. One of my most conscientious students is suddenly unable to login. She needs to use her school email. I am completely at a loss as to how to help her. What advice do you have for us?

  What is the username of the student that is unable to log in?

  Have they tried resetting their password by typing their username or email address in the lost password form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword?
