Help lost revision for a page I was working on!!!!

  I worked all morning on editing my About page. When I had it the way I wanted it, I pressed Update, it said are you sure you want to do this so I hit the back arrow and all was lost. Is there ANY way to get it back. Thank you

  You can look for a Page revision.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-revisions/
  > Dashboard > Pages > All Pages
  hover over the page title and click “edit”
  If there is no autosave page revision then there is not way to get it back.
