Help – made new website and it is linked to my wordpress.com blog

    Hello,
    A couple of weeks ago I made a new website through wordpress. It is a wordpress.org website called lindasobolewskiphotography.com

    I wanted to activate a new plug in for SEO and needed to log in to my wordpress account to do this. Now it seems my website and the wordpress.com account are linked.

    I am fine with that, however, I want people to go to my WEBSITE not my blog. I am having issues on my mobile device it showing a wordpress site (is this the mobile site for it?) On my mobile device iIt says at the bottom that is the mobile site and can direct to the full site. I don’t want it to ever go to the mobile site – why is this an issue and how can I fix this?

    Hi
    This must be very confusing.
    Please try a couple of things to see whether it helps.
    1) Deactivate the SEO plugin you installed and then view the site on a mobile device.
    2) Change the theme to a default and try again.

    I am suggesting this because the site showing on a mobile device and the fact that there is the mobile/desktop switch at the bottom imply that there is a plugin or theme at work here as it is not usual behaviour for WordPress.

    I’m actually not sure whether this is the right forum for this question since your site is self hosted and not on WordPress.com.
