    We contested a charge but then realized it was for this and it should have gone through. Can you check and see if it did?do we still owe anything

    Hi there,

    I see you’ve already paid the chargeback fee and bought a new Business Plan, so I’ve gone ahead and reactivated your domain.

    I would recommend that you still try and cancel the dispute with your bank, though. If you are still in time to cancel it, we might be able to refund your original payment immediately. Else you’ll only be refunded by our payment processor once they complete their investigation in eight to twelve weeks, and only if they decide in your favor.
