Help! Manage Purchases page is blank and I need to edit Payment settings!

    My domain is set to renew on Sep 20th 2016 and it was purchased through wordpress.com.

    I want to set it to non-renew. When I go to the Manage Purchases page on my account. It’s blank, all that’s there is this message “Looking to upgrade? Our plans give your site the power to thrive. Find the plan that works for you.”

    All I want to do is set the domain to not-renew. What is going on? I’ve read every support article and it keeps telling me to go to this “Manage Purchases” page to change/edit any payment/renewal settings and there is noting on my “My Purchases” page. I DO NOT want this domain to renew and be charged for it.

    Can someone from wordpress.com PLEASE help? This is something I’ve been trying to change for the past 6 months!!!

    What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies, or checked if you can view the Purchases page on a different browser? If the page loads only a white screen clearing the cache should fix it.

    However, I also don’t see any domain upgrades in your account. What is the domain you are trying to edit? If you bought the domain using a different account, you need to be logged in as that account to make any changes, or to ask staff to make changes for you, as only the owner of an upgrade can manage that upgrade.
