help mapping domain name

    Hi
    I am trying to map a domain name I own to my wordpress blog but getting an error message.
    DNS servers changed to NS1.Wordpress.com… etc
    Domain when looking at this tells me the DNS is correct
    When i click to view I get the following message :

    404. That’s an error.

    The requested URL / was not found on this server. That’s all we know

    Any help gratefully received as I am new to wordpress

    http://rigbyhenderson.com/ loads fine for me

    It can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet – changes usually start after a few hours but due to caching issues you will probably be the last one to see the changes

    Hello,

    This is probably the simplest question ever but if I purchased my domain through godaddy and I want to build my site using wordpress, do I go to my godaddy account and set up the name servers on their end?

    If you already have your site hosted at WordPress.com you can use your Go Daddy domain to map to your existing blog.
