HELP.. Mazine WordPress sidebar menu narrow and page wider

  Hey Guys, this is the website i’m trying to create

  and I’m using Mazine WordPress

  http://themeforest.net/item/mazine-wordpress-theme-a-wp-ecommerce-theme/198602

  and I need to do the following.

  the sidebar n the left needs to be narrower. I tried adjusting #sidebar and margin left with in style.css but didn’t work)

  and I also need to make the page wider, there is not enough space to put all the the stuff..

  Any ideas
