    Hello I just renewed my business plan, I need to recover my store.

    Hi there,

    I see that you originally had the eCommerce plan on your site, but that is expired on April 4th due to lack of renewal. This caused the plan to be removed as well as any plugins and themes you uploaded (which depend on the plan to function)

    I see also that on April 9 (today) you have upgraded to the Business Plan. Because of this you will have access to your previous backup, so you can restore your site to the way it looked on April 4th by clicking the Restore to this point button here: https://wordpress.com/backup/gydjas.com?date=20230404

    Give some time for the backup to be restored and you should see the same site you had prior to the original plan expiry.
