help me.

ou can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error).
This happens when an external blog (a self-hosted blog using the Jetpack plugin) is pointed to WordPress.com by DNS.
If you are trying to migrate away from WordPress.com, please update your DNS to point the domain to your own server.
Otherwise please contact WordPress.com support and explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

@umresultssarah are you trying to ‘disconnect’ umresults.com from WordPress.com?
I see you had our Business plan on your account but have sinced cancelled all upgrades. However, your domain still uses our WordPress.com “name servers” from what I can see here: https://gwhois.org/umresults.com+dns
If you no longer wish to use umresults.com for a WordPress.com site but instead want to connect it to a new host please remove the following
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COMAnd then replace with the name server records recommended by your new host.
