I can see the problem. The hosting plan was renewed, but the domain registration was canceled due to the lapse. The email is tied to your domain. We must recover the domain from the redemption process to proceed. If the domain isn’t recovered, it will be registered by somebody else or a domain squatter, and ownership will be forfeited.
Redemption comes after a domain is canceled. There’s an $80 fee for this process, and I have emailed you a separate payment form.
Write back to us here once that payment has been submitted, and we will proceed with recovering the domain. This process typically takes 3-5 days in total.
