  Hi Dear Sirs,

  It was a week ago I changed my domain name from hakankutluyurdu.org to hakankutluyurdu.com but I dont like hakankutluyurdu.com as hakankutluyurdu.org

  therefore I deleted and had changed my username and password now I dont remember it also I want to take back my domain name as hakankutluyurdu.org but it seems reserved but of course I have to save my all content from hakankutluyurdu.com and bring to hakankutluyurdu.org

  How could you help me ?

  Those domains belong to the username, mnmnmnmas.

  I should still be able to get hakankutluyurdu.org back for you, but I can only do it if the username mnmnmnmas requests it. Please log out of this account and log in as that account and reply here to confirm.

  It is not possible to delete a username account. If you don’t want to use the letsgobodrum account any more, you can follow these instructions to deactivate it:

  Thanks for clarifying. I’ve emailed our registrar to try and get the domain back for you.

  Please be aware that the domain might be in redemption already, in which case we need to pay an extra fee to get it back, but I’ll only know once the registrar replies. I will let you know as soon as I hear from them.

  We’ve heard back from our registry, and they’ve restored your hakankutluyurdu.org domain. It’s now renewed and active through March 9, 2018.

  HI there,

  Just a correction, your domain, hakankutluyurdu.org is good until 2 June of this year. The last payment you had made was for the domain, hakankutluyurdu.com, which you have since cancelled. I’ve refunded the payment for that domain and you should receive it in about 10 business days.

  You’ve already cancelled that domain, so I’ve only issued you a refund for it so you don’t have to pay for something you don’t own any more :)
