  The only theme we can use on WordPress.com blogs are located here > Appearance > Themes There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com free hosted blogs and we cannot upload themes into them. We don’t know the theme you are referring to. There is a live demo site for selecting themes and it has a search box you can use along with search filters to select a theme here > http://theme.wordpress.com/
