Help me about error when post a comment

    Hi folks, I’ve blog in my local language. It is http://irvanblog.com (wp self-hosting). Well, I just realized that there is something wrong with my blog. When someone (including me as an admin) post a comment, after clicking submit button, its directed to the NOT FOUND page like someone search something on by blog and didnt find it. Although the comment is appear, but its really not good for me. I think this happen when I upgrade wordpress automatically. I have tried to change the theme, but it is still happen. Please help me..
