Help me block semalt web crawler please!

  I am trying to block the spam site: semalt.semalt.com/crawler. I read in one of your forums that you just have to hover your cursor over the site in the “referrer” section and there will be a pop up where you can click on “Spam”. I have tried to do that and got no pop up. Can you help? The semalt guys are coming onto my site practically every day and I want to block them. Thanks!

  This support forum is for free wordpress.com blogs. You have a self-hosted wordpress.ORG install. WordPress.com and wordpress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
